Scott Harlow joined Starkey HearCare in 2019 as a Hearing Aid Specialist in Clearwater Florida. In June 2020, he was promoted to Regional Manager, covering Central and SW Florida. In his free time Scott enjoys spending time doing anything associated with the water, swimming, boating or just hanging out at the beach.
Robert Bowen, HIS

Mr. Bowen joined the Pattillo Balance and Hearing staff in 1998 after graduating from Auburn University Montgomery. He has helped thousands of people lead a fuller, more vibrant life through better hearing. Bobby excels at solving your hearing needs by tailoring a solution that fits your individual needs, whether you are a current user of hearing aids or new to the process. His experience will certainly be an asset to you.
Patient Services Coordinator
Kristy Smith is a Patient Services Coordinator who works to make every patient feel welcome when they enter our offices. She resides in Pelham with her husband and three children. Kristy attended the University of Montevallo where she obtained a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology.
She joined our team in May 2018 and enjoys seeing the positive impact better hearing brings to our patients’ everyday lives.
Outside the office, Kristy enjoys watching football, spending time with her family and their 2 pups.
Regional Administrative Coordinator
My name is Jessica Leigeber and I am the Regional Administrative Coordinator for Alabama. I have been working in the medical field since 2008. In March 2017 I joined Starkey HearCare as the Patient Services Coordinator in Albertville, AL. Then, in January 2019 I became the Regional Administrative Coordinator for all of Alabama.
I LOVE working with people who struggle to hear and to be able to help them makes me happy. Being in this industry has taught me so much, and I cannot wait to learn more.
I am married with two children. Some things I enjoy are watching my daughter play volleyball, watching my son play soccer, riding motorcycle with my husband, reading, decorating my house seasonally, and taking pictures.
It was OKAY at first, but I did not feel that I received enough detailed information or instructions on the care of the device. The pamphlet was helpful, but it would have been better showing this client /patient just what-was-what in maintaining and cleaning.
