Mr. Bowen joined the Pattillo Balance and Hearing staff in 1998 after graduating from Auburn University Montgomery. He has helped thousands of people lead a fuller, more vibrant life through better hearing. Bobby excels at solving your hearing needs by tailoring a solution that fits your individual needs, whether you are a current user of hearing aids or new to the process. His experience will certainly be an asset to you.
Patient Services Coordinator
Kristy Smith is a Patient Services Coordinator who works to make every patient feel welcome when they enter our offices. She resides in Pelham with her husband and three children. Kristy attended the University of Montevallo where she obtained a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology.
She joined our team in May 2018 and enjoys seeing the positive impact better hearing brings to our patients’ everyday lives.
Outside the office, Kristy enjoys watching football, spending time with her family and their 2 pups.
