Mr. Bowen joined the Pattillo Balance and Hearing staff in 1998 after graduating from Auburn University Montgomery. He has helped thousands of people lead a fuller, more vibrant life through better hearing. Bobby excels at solving your hearing needs by tailoring a solution that fits your individual needs, whether you are a current user of hearing aids or new to the process. His experience will certainly be an asset to you.
Kristy Smith
Patient Care Coordinator
Kristy M. Smith serves as the Regional Administrative Coordinator for the Alabama region, where she provides support to Patient Care Coordinators statewide while also fulfilling her role as a Patient Care Coordinator in the Pelham, Alabama clinic. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that each patient feels valued and cared for throughout their hearing health journey.
Kristy resides in Chelsea, Alabama with her husband and three children. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Montevallo, equipping her with a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
Since joining the organization in May 2018, Kristy has been committed to enhancing the patient experience and finds great fulfillment in witnessing the positive impact improved hearing has on individuals’ daily lives. She is especially inspired by patients who share their joy in rediscovering everyday sounds they had previously been unable to hear.
Outside the office, she enjoys watching football, collecting vintage glassware, and spending quality time with her family.
